The Kindness of God and Hell

There are those who like to tell
	That a Good God would not create a hell.
But I plan now to try to explain to you
	That because God is good hell is true.

He who made this universe in which we live
	Has made a way to all mankind forgive,
But should we continue our God to defy
	We will join with the rebels when we die.

For God did not make this hell for man
	(Although we feel we are the center of His plan)
But for Satan and his unholy angels too,
	And those who do the things he'd do.

So hell hath enlarge itself more and more
	To keep the things that it must store.
When God breathed into man the breath of life
	And gave him a soul that He aids in its "strife,"

For the soul is not a temporary thing
	That comes to an end like the song we sing
But it is like the God who mankind is tending
	And so it is true that the soul is unending.

So what can a God do with sin's infection that keeps infecting
	Causing man to continue in his awful acts of rejecting?
You see, God is loving although what He does may seem mean
	When God puts the sinner into His Quarantine

Creating a place to put all that contaminates there
	Would truly show that God really does care.
For those who choose to dethrone their God
	Will the path to this hell continue to trod

But should we turn at this time appointed
	To accept the gift of "God's Anointed"
And to turn to God and cease to rebel
	Then God will keep you from this Hell.

Hell is prepared so that God can grant man's desires,
	To get away from God to which man aspires.
To be forced to be with God forever, I can tell
	Would only make man beg for Hell!
